GDRI members Luvdarts LLC and DigiPie have filed a copyright infringement suit against AT&T, Verizon, Sprint and T-Mobile. The main purpose of this suit is to establish precedent however, due to the law's statutory maximum penalty of $150,000.00 per willful infringement, the dollar amount could be staggering. New!
