Recently a civil lawsuit (CV11- 02674) was filed in federal court alleging antitrust violations by the defendants and other wireless carriers. Basically, plaintiffs believe the defendants are trying to take control of new age multimedia distribution and profit taking in a way that is vastly unfair to creators, artists and rights holders.
