Non-Members - The first step to participating in MMS data revenue sharing is registering and depositing your MMS creation. Our members have filed suit against the largest wireless carriers in the U.S. for copyright infringements via MMS which is a form of P2P file-sharing. You will NOT have a valid claim without a valid registration.

although there are NO guarantees, if we prevail in getting the wireless carriers to do the right thing, your MMS versions must be registered and already circulated on MMS systems to participate in the process of MMS data revenue sharing similar to the Google Book Settlement
the Association's purpose is to establish accountability and fair compensation for MMS creators and rights holders on peer2peer mobile systems; upon establishment, the Association will then monitor, collect and distribute MMS data revenue on behalf of those creators and rights holders; if we are successful in establishing this new revenue stream any valid claims are historically retroactive
non-members must register and deposit their MMS works with GDRI in order to participate in the process; the process requires that each deposit be verified as valid MMS
non-members must pay $7.50 USD for each registration/deposit
