GDRI Files Antitrust Unfair Competition Lawsuit on Behalf of Creators, Artists and Rights Holders - Class Action Against Wireless Carriers

As a member of GDRI you will be joining a growing movement that believes peer to peer transactions can and will be fairly monetized on mobile systems and eventually on the Internet by establishing MMS voluntary/statutory rates as a starting point toward those ends. There are three ways to participate in the process;

Non-members - the goal of the Association is to also monitor, collect and distribute MMS data revenue to non-members as well, however, non-members must register and deposit their MMS works with GDRI to be included in the process - benefits and more info here. Fast Trak is ON!
Associate membership - as you, an entity or individual, support the cause via membership, you may register and deposit up to 24 mms works per year at no extra charge, you will also have a welcomed voice in the formative process of helping GDRI establish accountability and fair compensation on peer2peer mobile systems - benefits and more info here. Governing and Leadership Panel - as your entity supports the cause via governorship and leadership, you will be paving the way for copyright industries and mobile technologies to align and experience maximum growth potential; this type of membership is for industry players such as Wireless Carriers, Performing Rights Organizations, Mechanical Rights Organizations, Publishing Companies, Movie Producers, Music Producers, P2P Developers, Photography Groups, Trade Organizations and other stakeholders seeking a voice in establishing and maintaining our MMS data revenue collective; your entity must apply for seat consideration and there are limited seats available - apply here.
